Downtown Community Television Center

This project transforms a historic firehouse in New York into a fully functional television production facility. The design preserves the building’s original character while introducing modern broadcasting infrastructure. Studio spaces, production areas, and offices are carefully integrated within the existing structure, maintaining a balance between heritage and innovation.
