Wendell Eusebio-Edwards

licensed Architect in New York State, Georgia and South Carolina.

He graduated at the top of his class at both Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York with a B’ Arch degree and Columbia University in New York, where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Architecture & Urban Design. He also holds a PhD in Esoteric Studies.

He is an Associate Professor of Architecture at New York City College of Technology, in Brooklyn, New York where he taught full-time for the past twenty-four years.  He both wrote and teaches a specialized 5-crdeit course in Advanced Detailing for Buildings.

He has over twenty-five years of experience in the design and construction of new buildings and the renovation of existing buildings. His television work includes Madison Square Garden Network, Nickolodean Studios, WNET, NBA Entertainment, USA Networks, NBC America’s Talking, NY News 1, Manhattan Neighborhood Network and Major League Baseball Network and CW11 and the NBC hub in New York City for the world-wide distribution of the coverage of the US Atlanta Summer Olympics

He is the author of a College textbook, “Building Systems: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety & Communication Systems, Lighting & Acoustics,” ISBN 10: 1-60797-297-2, was published by Linus Publications, Inc, (www.linusbooks.com) in New York in 2012, with the second edition published in 2019.

Introduction

He was awarded a certificate of recognition by the University Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic for participation in an International Architectural Exhibition, XII BIAU RD 2024, in Dominican Republic in the Summer of 2024 on Construction Ideas For The Future. His presentation was on “Sustainable Wall Systems: Climate-Adaptable Design for Rainfall and Water Management.”

Experience Teaching

He has been a dedicated member of the Department of Architectural Technology at New York City College of Technology, Brooklyn, since 2001. Over the course of his academic career, he has progressed from Adjunct Instructor to Full-Time Substitute Professor, then Assistant Professor, and currently serves as an Associate Professor. With decades of teaching experience, he has played a significant role in educating and mentoring students while contributing to the advancement of architectural education
